Event Management

A dedicated team will work on your event from concept development through to final delivery. All aspects of your event are covered, from core creative, developing and managing the budget, logistics, invitation and RSVP process, marketing communications, sponsors and exhibitors, sourcing and contracting venues and other third party suppliers such as caterers, live entertainment, transportation, speakers, branded merchandise and special activities. Your dedicated account manager will ensure projects run according to established timelines and budget.

Creative

Creativity is essential to an unforgettable event experience for your delegates - this is at the core of everything Veritas does. We work closely with you to develop a unique creative concept which we translate literally and visually throughout your event. This results in a positive emotional response for your delegates. Audio-Visual Production

Veritas has the capability to support the creative journey with technical production. Our audio-visual production team will coordinate and project manage all pre-event and on-site technical requirements. This includes but is not limited to set design and build, audio-visual requirements, presentation and speaker coaching, stage management, scripting, show calling and special effects.

Graphic Design and Multimedia

Our team of in-house graphic designers will work within the guidelines of your existing corporate branding or can design something specifically for your event. Essential to the success of any event, we ensure that your event ID is carried through to all event collateral including printed material, digital marketing communications and on-site signage to give your event a professional look and reinforce your corporate identity.

Webcasting

To complement our existing event management services, Veritas offers a full range of webcasting services including:

• Reporting analytics

Live or delayed webcasts can feature one or more speakers, with or without PowerPoint slide synchronisation. For live webcasts, we perform a mandatory full live test of the venue to ensure satisfactory internet connectivity. Veritas provides the camera crew and all the necessary equipment.

Viewers are presented media content via the nearest of 48,000 servers in 70 countries resulting in quick playback with virtually no buffering. Load balancing across the servers provides the scalability necessary to handle massive peaks in demand and unpredicted traffic spikes. Viewers can submit questions, download documents, enlarge slides, access web links, participate in polls and be prompted to complete an exit survey, all within a site designed and built by Veritas in line with the 'look and feel' of your corporate event or branding.

Event Registration

An attendee's first impression of an event is through the registration process, and Veritas has extensive capabilities in pre-event and on-site event registration and delegate management. Through our in-house online event registration system, ConveneIT, we create an event-branded website and online reporting facility, giving you the benefit of real-time event information. And on arrival at the event, we go out of our way to personally greet each of your delegates by name and with the famous Veritas smile!

Corporate Videos

Our production crew is experienced in all elements of video production, from creative development to scripting, filming, on-line and off-line editing, production, duplication and fulfilment. Whether it's reinforcing your corporate identity through an opening video on the first day of your conference, or producing a fun highlights video to be shown at the close of your event, we can bring any idea to life.

Travel

Veritas is a fully-accredited licensed travel agent and reseller of travel insurance. Our in-house travel consultants specialise in managing your event and group travel requirements.
